Setelah menyegel tower (menara seluler) ilegal, atau yang izinnya sudah mati,Kantor Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu (KKPT) dan Satpol PP Pemkab Magetan kini mengarahkan bidikan pada jenis usaha lain. KPPT dan Satpol PP berancang-ancang merazia keberadaan kafe di wilayah Magetan. ‘Razia untuk kafe lebih difokuskan pada pembinaan dan sosialisasi perizinan.Sehingga,pengelola kafe paham dan tahu kewajibannya,’terang Kepala Satpol PP, Secondany,pada koran ini,kemarin(13/10).
Dari pantauannya,di wilayah Magetan mulai marak berdirinya kafe dan resto.Namun,sejauh ini,ditengarai masih ada yang belum memiliki izin.’Izin resmi itu kan ada tahapannya.Termasuk,meminta surat persetujuan kepada tetangga sekitar.Sebab,pasti ada dampak dengan pendirian kafe terhadap lingkungan,’ujar Secondany.
Selain tower dan kafe,KPTT yang dikepalai Welly Kristanto terus melakukan pendataan potensi dan usaha di wilayah Magetan.Langkah tersebut dilakukan guna penggalian pendapatan asli daerah(PAD)sekaligus untuk pembinaan.’Penertiban ini bukan semata tuntutan PAD. Tapi,sosialisasi tentang legalisasi suatu usaha. Sehingga,pengusaha merasa nyaman ketika menjalankan usahanya,’papar Secondany.
Soal tower,beberapa pekan lalu petugas gabungan menyegel sejumlah menara seluler yang izinnya mati dan tidak berizin.Langkah tegas itu dilakukan karena peringatan yang dilayangkan tidak direspons. Data KPPT,di Magetan saat ini terdapat 76 tower yang izinnya masih berlaku.Sedangkan 11 menara lagi masih dalam proses perizinan.Di luar yang mati dan sedang diproses tersebut,KPPT juga menemukan sembilan tower atau menara yang tidak jelas.
